Fucking with Gonzo

Between taking various agents of the US Department of Justice off of more pressing matters to resurrect the great government wankathon that is the investigation of pornography, Gonzales' DOJ recently pressed the three major internet search engines to turn over their search logs mainly under the fear that somewhere, someone might be looking at stuff that might make Baby-Jesus-as-envisioned-by-the-Bush-crowd cry (or jack off)

So far, Google has fought the DOJ on tbis and refused to turn over their search logs

IN the event that google eventually accedes to the request, it is my goal to have Google's search logs filled with just enough hits on enough bizarre and outlandish shit that blurs the line between porn and politics that it confuses the crap out of whatever bunch of swinging bureaucratic dicks gets called in to actually analyze the logs

So, with that in mind, please click the following links to really give the Ministry of Love something to ponder:

fuckin'-A

I won't cite a specific link, as the bulk of his column is more of the same, but when i read Jonah Goldberg in the LA Times all i can think is "man, if that was how she was gonna use it, God should have never given Lucianne Goldberg a Uterus".

Babbling Brooks

Media Matters for America exposes David "Bobo" Brooks for the racist ass that he is in their profile of his recent appearance on The Chris Matthews Show

In their segment, Brooks and WSJ Idiot Kathleen Parker basically use the same arguments to shit on the Hispanic community that were used against just about every other large bloc of immigrants throughout American history

Brooksie really sticks his head up his ass in the paragraph below (in which i've linked counterpoint arguments to his more odious turns of phrase):

Listen, I'm for pretty open immigration. But when the immigrants come, they come with a culture of criminality. It's out of control, and I can see people wanting to put the system in control.

Buck Fobo.

File under: "You're fuycking kidding, right?"

ScAlito has absolutely no business on the Supreme Court (Tip of the hat to Digby)

I remember years ago in my Criminal Procedure and Constituational Law classes we debated the same case and even the cops in the class were unwilling to defend shooting an unarmed suspect in flight.

and from my own youthful experiences of having been an unarmed suspect in flight, i am grateful that the Supremes of that era didn't buy ScAlito's rationale
